2. Initialize the new productivity projects, opportunity discovery and drive execution.

3. Drive projects in service with local and global teams

4. Productivity project saving measurement and sustain.

5. Lead and support field productivity improvement

6. Archive the productivity objectives of year and support to complete the goal of year.

Requirements：

1.Essential knowledge of finance, project management and productivity in the business operation.

2. Fluent English writing and speaking.

3. Good capability of Excel&PPT&Outlook

4. Positive, passion and basic leadership in cross team work.

5. Integration personality, good communication and presentation skill.
